The warmth of sharing the creative process with fellow manga artists brings the passion packed into every panel to the surface!
Episode 4's theme, "It's good to have companions in manga-making," really hits home. Drawing manga is tough, but having someone to worry and struggle with makes it all feel more manageable. Watching Akafuku and Fujita-san get so excited over reading works like "Nosu" and Fujita-sensei's pieces is just adorable—it’s such an enviable environment to pour your heart out in. The dramatic highs and lows of Fuji-Taka Jubiro-sensei, along with the tactile feel of using analog materials, really capture the weight and reality of manga production. Plus, there are plenty of cute moments sprinkled in, like the budding yuri dynamics and sharing imaginary friends, which add to the charm. With the struggles and joys of manga artists woven throughout this story, I’m really looking forward to seeing how their bonds continue to develop!
