Seira-chan finally opens her mouth in episode 5, and her energy is insane! Once you realize she’s been plotting everything from the shadows, you can’t help but love her even more. Izumi-san’s mix of tears and laughter during the ADR session is so heartwarming, and the fact that she kept her voice going in that same pose really makes you feel the heat of the recording studio. Aimi-chan’s animation is adorable, and the September 1st celebration is a nice touch. The awkwardness in their conversations and the weirdo stares between them might be confusing at first, but they grow on you. The BGM perfectly sets the mood, and the plot threads are wrapped up smoothly. Details like the flowers in every ending scene and the faithful LINE icons to the manga show how much love goes into this show—it’s no wonder you’d become a fan. I’m looking forward to Seira-chan’s wild antics and everyone’s observation diary in the future.
