Elsa's pure and incredibly strong spirit is all packed into her awkward 'thank you,' making my tear ducts burst just watching it. The twist that they've actually known each other for three years, even though I thought they were childhood friends, felt surprisingly natural and added a nice touch of surprise. In this Julius birthday episode, seeing Elsa from my memories always smiling gently gave me a strong sense that they're on their way to becoming a 'real family.' Rebecca's sharp jabs are also keeping things in check, so there's a comforting sense of security away from the shady side of noble society. I'm really looking forward to what's next! I have a feeling their pasts will be revealed more, and I hope they keep cruising down this doting romance route.
