Seiran risking her life to save her friends, even though she's only 14, is so heartbreaking, and the flower language of the special ED 'Starchis' really hit home. I wonder if Ari will remain unchanged, but if she can return to her lover, their feelings will surely be eternal. The intertwining of her resolve to die in battle and the flag for a kiss made tears well up despite knowing it was coming. The non-credit visuals were also beautiful, conveying the staff's passionate feelings. I can't wait to see how their story unfolds next!
