I thought I was finally getting used to the second half OP, but it still manages to bring the tears. The brighter everyone's smiles are, the more you feel that tightness in your chest. Mimi’s battle scenes were so cool, but they make you worry if she’s hurt. It makes you realize that just because she’s immortal doesn’t mean she can treat her body like trash—it almost makes you want to shout at the screen! The scenes where they clash because they care so deeply were fantastic. That complex feeling of 'we’re only fighting because we cherish each other' really hurts. I also loved seeing Professor Fran take a break and smoke a cigarette. She felt so human, and that slightly tired vibe was so relatable—it made me nod along thinking, 'Yeah, I get it.' My heart got squeezed again this week. Maybe I’m the only one who feels 'Eternal' so deeply in the afterglow, but I know I’ll probably cry again next week.
