Kana, who turns out to be the captain of the girls' kendo club, was absolutely crushing everyone in practice matches, making Ren feel a bit worried about himself. He respects her strength, but that gap between her tough exterior and her 'kukkoro' (cute/clumsy) title is just too much. It was supposed to be a family-focused episode, but Part B was basically the ramen shop owner's solo show, leaving Ren with only a few brief appearances. That was a bit surprising! The scene where Hatori's maternal instincts go wild is absolutely hilarious—on par with the Demon Slayer levels of comedy. You can't help but ask, 'Is this really okay...?' It was fun seeing the Demon Slayer-style BGM and the 'rubbing pillars' trope pop up, but now that all the new girls have made their grand entrances, I'm getting a little scared about what crazy episodes might come next...
