A tear-jerking, heart-pounding battle where Tanjiro’s praise for Rengoku’s drumming is filled with bittersweet emotion!
Rengoku’s deep feelings for his master, and the way he’s rewarded for having his drumming praised by Tanjiro, really brought tears to my eyes. It’s so poignant that someone as delicate as him, who seems almost too refined for fighting demons, says he wants to become a great literary figure in his next life. While the Kamabakoda’s bond is wonderful, I was reminded again of Inosuke’s wild instincts and Zenitsu’s hidden strength and kindness. I feel like the charm of Demon Slayer—sticking to its "You're amazing! But I'll kill you!" motto—shone through once more in this rerun. I’m looking forward to the next episode with the Fujikawa family, but this warm episode will stay with me for a while.
