The title 'Welcoming the New Year' fits perfectly—it felt like the year actually changed during the commercial break. Since it’s essentially set during New Year's, it had this special, holiday episode feel. I really love how Muay shows up folded in her uniform; she’s heartwarming but still fights seriously. Seeing her get serious while staying true to her usual self is great. Ever since season 2 started, people have been joking that it’s turning into a food anime because he’s always eating. I get it. But honestly, we need those meal scenes to catch our breath and confirm things, so it’s probably necessary. The security was supposed to be tight, but it was surprisingly leaky, which was funny. Plus, I was surprised to find out the knight who came as a customer was actually on our side! You can’t help but wonder, "Couldn’t they have handled that earlier?" There’s so much information thrown at us in the final stretch that the old man gets confused, and honestly, so do we. I’m wondering if next episode will sort everything out. Can't wait!
