Learning the otherworldly language from the ground up because of the language barrier felt really refreshing, a bit different from what we usually see in recent anime. It might seem troublesome, but it's reassuring to see them actually putting in the effort. The scene where they gag her with the line "Shut that noisy mouth of yours" caught me off guard—it had this vibe of something you'd suddenly catch during the afternoon block on E-Tele. But Iyami's super positive attitude creates a fun contrast, which is really nice to see. The biggest talk was probably about how Iyami's blushing stayed true to the original manga. Seeing her get shy just makes you think she's cute, doesn't it? With the story advancing about one volume of the manga by episode 2, and Gina being adorable too, I can't wait for what comes next.
