Sumi makes an appearance, and her sweet interactions with Ashimi, who's been sitting still the whole time, are so heartwarming. Ruka's tendency to overthink and imagine things is hilariously exposed in the flashbacks—it's so satisfying to watch! You can't help but chuckle at the 'you did this to yourself' vibe, since it's totally her own fault. And then, the C-part's C is indeed Chu! I couldn't help but feel my heart flutter when I realized it. Ashimi's unexpectedly cute reaction when the kiss happens is adorable, and the acoustic version of 'Boku no Vega' for the special ending fits perfectly. It feels like 1.5 years have passed in the blink of an eye. I've been waiting forever for the Hawaiian's arc anime announcement, and this episode, with its satisfaction level of 52, really delivered. Will she become the real deal, a true girlfriend? The Demon King's smile and that 'muhoho' sound are unforgettable. What a lovely episode!
