The truth about Mirai-sensei hits close to home...
In episode 12, I felt a little tug at my heart when I found out that Mirai-sensei had lied to her former teacher. That teacher has always been protecting something even while being in the human world. And Aoba Aoi wanting to become human feels really natural and nice. Since she wants to spread beauty, I think she'll fit right in with the human world. It was a bit of a surprise that Haruna-sensei did that for 'the human teacher,' but I can understand why. The interaction between Zero and Maki really shows their relationship, and it's really sweet. Also, I felt a little sad that Maki-chan is gone. This episode really makes you feel the growing relationship between humans and the otherworldly, and I like that.
