I was thinking, 'Wow, a girls' school story with actual girls in it,' and then they threw in cross-dressing! When she said, 'You suit it best,' her expression felt so real that I got a little flutter myself. Her commentary on how girly the lipstick application looked? Totally get it. I thought I was about to see some cleavage at 10 PM, but was it just an illusion...? It’s a bit creepy yet oddly funny, keeping me glued to the screen. The visceral feeling of being gutted, combined with that throbbing sensation and the sudden appearance of a 'poor guy,' takes things in a delightfully weird direction. Was she under hypnosis, or is something really happening? I love how this show’s horror always has that slightly off-kilter flavor. Plus, the explanation of the slang 'Es' fit perfectly into the pseudo-sister dynamic between upper and lowerclassmen, making me appreciate how well-built the world feels.
