Episode 12

The morning light filtering through the leaves is so beautiful, it just warms my heart in this perfect Sunday morning.

Everyone's Reactions

We've reached the final episode, and I can't help but feel all sorts of emotions. Wrapping everything up with a 'Saiyuki's Sunday Morning' vibe left me feeling so relieved and content. There was that scene where I wanted to shout, "How is she even talking with that mummy wrap on?" But honestly, that kind of relaxed charm is exactly what makes this series special, and I loved it. Seeing Yae-sama in a yukata with her sun-kissed skin, along with those gorgeous shots of dappled sunlight, made the finale feel incredibly summery and beautiful despite being the end. Gunchan's cuteness is just one word: adorable. Having that kind of healing comfort amidst the scary kids and ominous-looking tools gives us a nice breather while watching. Including Riru-sama's powerful presence, it was packed with excitement until the very last moment. It's a bit sad to say goodbye, but I'm already looking forward to more 'Sunday Morning' stories.
