The Jing Shi arc of Tales of Demons and Gods Season 3 has finally started, and it’s so worth the wait. It really feels like Tales of Demons and Gods without that signature Chinese comedy flavor, and I’m just so happy to be back in that familiar groove. Tao Yao is heading to the gambling house to boost her travel funds. It’s a bit worrying, but since she’s the type to charge anyone who bumps into her if there’s leftover food on them, she’ll probably be fine... hopefully. Also, this episode was looking pretty glitchy, but it stayed that way until the ED, so it seems like an issue with the source file rather than the broadcast. I even had a little "whoa" moment in front of my screen. Next up is "Nianhua [Part 2]" on October 14th. Can’t wait to see what happens next!
