Shinpei's line about killing and killing until he's the only man left, meaning she has no choice but to marry him, feels super romantic yet a bit scary when paired with the scene of them holding hands under the full moon. I really like that vibe. His sudden attitude change, bringing in the beautiful woman as his "fiancée," is totally understandable given what we learned about Ms. Shiraishi's lover. It’s easy to sympathize with her mixed feelings. Even though he says things like "I love Satsuko's eyes" and "Sorry for hurting you," that final outburst makes it feel like Shinpei's love is intense and almost painful. This was an episode where his passion felt both hot and aching. The voice acting really elevates the experience. The chemistry between Yuuki Uchiyama and Lynn is perfect, and I’m definitely looking forward to their after-talk! With scenes like the trolley ride and the trapped room, all the "pain" mentioned in the title piles up with various stressful developments. I hope next episode will be a bit more peaceful.
