Watching Rozenheim take point and dominate the boss fight was so reassuring and heartwarming. I finally get the meaning behind 'self-reliance'—gathering materials with your own magic—and the sheer power of the beasts devouring those materials to evolve instantly is incredible. The voice acting from the star-studded cast like Sho Hayami and Toshihiko Seki is great, but I also love how Domina’s cuteness shines through, especially with the nice touch of her actually wearing her helmet properly, which feels very fantasy-esque. It looks like Ferdinand’s battles will be featured next, so I’m excited to see Rozenheim’s growth level up again. The lavish feast at the Harvest Festival and the sun pose animation were top-notch, so I can’t wait to see her head out for another gathering.
