There are a lot of people saying that Heart-sama's strength has increased again. Some say that before, it was just a bit painful, and it's exciting to see what kind of performance Heart-sama will show in the future. Also, it's interesting that Heart-sama doesn't mind being called a pig. It feels a bit like they're just going along with it, and they're laid-back, which I like. And in this episode, what was especially noticed was that the Hokuto Jūha (Hokuto Soft Slash) seems to be mostly for Heart-sama. This has become a topic among fans. Also, the 'hidebutsu!' (hidebutsu!) cry is really cute, especially in the 20th comment where they say 'hi... hi-dee... hi-debutsu!' It's also nice that some people noticed a line from a flashback scene, bringing up old stories again. And the NTR (No Touching Rule) topic came up, and hearing it expressed in modern language makes me feel the passage of time.
