Sera's true feelings shine through in the opening ED, and her gaze at Veal-kun brings them closer together! The cozy afterglow of a fantasy feast lingers on.
Sera and Veal-kun's relationship is getting sweeter by the episode. Sure, there's a huge power gap (Sera >>> Veal-kun), but seeing Sera face off against the barbarian chieftain with her bare hands just makes you feel so proud of her. Even though Veal-kun is only 18, he has this older-brother vibe, which makes their 'mature woman and young boy' romance even more charming. The lore twist that dragons are just animals, not monsters, really expands the world and is super cool. Watching all the fantasy races sharing drinks at the banquet feels so heartwarming. The ED intro is fantastic, too—it really feels like you can see Sera's true feelings slowly closing the distance between them. The fairy's words in the latest episode and the setting that humans are way older than elves definitely give you chills if you know the lore. I have a feeling the next episode will keep up this warm vibe. Can't wait!
