Koichi is quietly influencing someone's life again, and I got the feeling he's leaning more toward making others shine rather than just shining himself. Seeing Akari casually call him was a miracle in itself—reminding me that you never know where connections will lead, and that there are people who care about you. I was relieved that Ellen didn't take too much emotional damage, but because Koichi seems to be comparing himself to her, he still feels like his life hasn't quite started yet. I couldn't help but wonder if his life would have turned out differently if he had used that Toraya yokan. I have a feeling Koichi's kindness will save someone again in the next episode, and I'm looking forward to seeing how everything connects.
