Episode 2

Everyone's Reactions

Watching the swimsuit scenes, I saw so many people chanting "Swimsuits! Swimsuits!" and I totally get it. Re-watching this episode, I really felt like Duuche is quite weak against pressure. Her inability to say no is cute, but it does make you wonder if she’s being pushed around every time. It’s great seeing the two of them go through this routine again, with the group size just casually expanding and everyone seemingly there. Old Duuche and the disciplinary committee members from the nostalgic movie also made appearances, offering plenty of nods for long-time fans. The food looked so lavish that it was funny to hear comments about the "wealth gap," and Master White’s training scene had such a surprising contrast. Seeing Emi looking so good and everyone reacting together really gave me the feeling of watching along with them.
