The voice cast for the Dark Pretty Cures is so stacked that it feels like a treat just watching them shine with their impressive backgrounds. I especially love the farewell between Dark Dream and Cure Dream—maybe it's because I'm such a fan? The line 'Do you like it?' is so touching it almost brings me to tears. The transformation prism is super sparkly and cute, and the idol elements really amp up the energy. The setting of Kobayashi-san, who lives in London but can't speak English, was also fun to watch; it makes total sense if you think about it from the perspective of a Japanese school. The battle with Dark Dream in the second half was intense, with those close-range shockwaves looking incredibly powerful. I'm really looking forward to what happens next!
