Kurumi-chan ditched FX for pachinko to escape her problems, and it’s such a classic 'Goddess of Destruction' move that the comment section went wild. Mefu-chan actually took some advice and made a profit, but watching her chat with her friend Yasuko-chan at the arcade while getting all nostalgic? It looked kinda painful. The end card title, "Angel's Whisper," had such a hilarious contrast with this week’s chaos. I’m really looking forward to Eri Egajima’s illustrations next week! Also, how does she keep being a legal lolicon at twenty? Her age setting surprises me every time. Between that and the ongoing mystery of her top hiding her nipples, I’m still not used to the fashion in this world. With those desperate cries for margin calls and the ominous BGM, it’s easy to see why people call it noir—but isn’t it more like a gambling hell anime now?
