Seeing Tomoru called "Gekomon" really tugs at your heartstrings. That scene of them gathered around the dining table was great too, and I couldn't help but tear up when "Glowing Dawn" played. It was also a surprise to see Ultimate-level simultaneous evolutions into Arremon and Nostalgamon, plus a new song? That’s incredibly lavish. But honestly, with so many food-related scenes, I can’t help but think there’s a hidden theme in Beatbreak: "eating to live." Even Digimon attacking humans is just about consuming E-Palps. I was a bit disappointed that Gekomon’s visor cracked and its contents spilled out, only for it to disappear without a trace. The finale title is "Shining World," and the new song "Tomorrow" fits perfectly. With everything being reclaimed and tomorrow grasped in hand, all that’s left is pure anticipation.
