Everyone's Reactions
Shohei Ohtani made an appearance on the special episode! Hearing that he adapted from softball to hardball in just three days really makes you realize how amazing players of that generation are. Plus, it’s cool to know that Ohtani is one year ahead of Ichiro, who is also Senpai Shirasu’s idol—it’s like the generations are all connected. The scene where Watanabe debates whether to quit or stay was intense. Mikyuu says he can’t stop someone who decides to leave on their own, but Kuramochi fires back with, “Can someone who quits on their own really achieve that kind of record?” Both sides make sense, so it leaves you feeling a bit conflicted while watching. Narimiya’s final boss aura and his confidence as Kanto’s top lefty are impressive. Furuya’s 150km/h fastball is amazing too, but I’m really looking forward to seeing these two go head-to-head! Also, the fact that Seidou and Seirou sound so similar is funny when you put them side by side. And hearing GLAY for the OP? It gives off such a great retro vibe that I love it.
