Episode 4

Everyone's Reactions

I really felt Shion's feelings when she shouted, "I wanna do it! Battle Spirits!" She was hesitating, thinking, "Is having fun enough?", but seeing her confidently say it in her own words made me happy to see her grow. Her line about "there are all kinds of families out there" really hit home. The scenes with her mom and the moments where she feels like someone's watching over her just show how warm family bonds can be. It was so sweet to see sweets served to celebrate her first victory. Shion, congratulations on passing your exam! The ED has changed too, and Shion is in it, so I have a feeling I'll be completely engrossed again next week, wondering if it's already over before I know it.
