The timing of the stove igniting was so hot it felt a bit like more than just dessert. I kept wondering, "Is 'it's whipped cream, so it's fine!' really a valid excuse?" The connection between Lorraine and Rupprecht via the fallen tree was clever—felt natural both in the source material and as an anime adaptation. Sato Akemi’s voice work for Lorraine is just perfect.
