A new school rule meaning cat ears? It was such a nice surprise to see the entire Student Council show up with them. It was also great to catch up with Harusame Chie-netu-kun again. The President, despite being the leader, screams "Naked is the best!" while getting teased by the others, which is hilarious because she has zero dignity right now. Sweets is in a fundoshi, Nokio keeps taking his clothes off, and Bolt was already naked from the start—their varying levels of nudity had me shivering in front of the screen. True to its title "The Emperor's New Clothes," what stuck with me most was how the President stayed half-naked and got teased the whole time. I wonder if the Student Council will appear again next episode? I'm curious to see what happens with this cat-ear rule.
