Episode 6

Everyone's Reactions

Renka’s size is about 1.5 times bigger than expected, and honestly, seeing it on screen makes you go, "Wait, that's huge." The plot point where beastmen noses get wrecked by mushroom smell is super relatable—it really smells bad! But then brain destruction and the Helflame Boar show up, making you nod along with the "this season’s pig anime" label while also going, "Wow, this feels very Monster Hunter-ish." The fact that they couldn't protect each other despite being parent and child hits hard, and it’s a bit complicated seeing Kemo-mimi-chan treated like the losing heroine. The line "I’m letting go of my shoulder tension♂" was so funny I almost laughed out loud. Next week’s episode airs Friday at 9:25 PM, and since streaming starts after 10 PM, it’s reassuring that you won’t miss out if you’re watching live.
