The ninth seat, 'The Performer,' has officially kicked off! Hikaru's Shibahama was super fun to watch, especially seeing how she handled the time limit and her dedication to her allotted time. The fader adjustments during her powerful voice moments were so detailed, you could practically feel the pulse of the live studio. It was a bit more subdued compared to the qualifiers, but that really let Hikaru's relaxed, confident expressions shine. Her crying scenes were great too, and the way she used props and the mini-characters' commentary deepened the world of Rakugo. The Karaku Cup arc is just getting started, so I'm excited for the next episode's Jurojin! With the demand for voice actors' versatility on the rise, I can't wait to see how high Hikaru climbs on the stage. I'm curious about the Jurojin arc and will be cheering for Hikaru's growth on stage!
